The NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoor Truck Series officially opens the 2022 season. Grant Enfinger in the No. 23 GMS Truck won the first and final practice. Ty Majeski won the pole.

Lap 1: Ty Majeski’s No. 66 Thorsport Racing Toyota Tundra leads the field to green.

Lap 19: John Hunter Nemechek’s No. 4 Kyle Busch Motorsports Toyota Tundra takes the lead from Ty Majeski

Lap 20: John Hunter Nemechek wins Stage 1. Top ten all get points. The caution comes out.

Lap 23: Leaders come to pit road. Corey Heim’s No. 51 Kyle Busch Motorsports Toyota Tunrda makes contact with Dean Thompson’s No. 40 Niece Motorsports Cheverlet Silverado on pit road. Both repair their racetrucks.

Lap 27: John Hunter Nemechek leads them back to green. Stage 2 begins.

Lap 30: Stewart Friesen’s No. 52 Halmar Friesen Racing Toyota Tundra takes the lead from John Hunter Nemechek.

Lap 32: Ty Majeski now leads the outside line after Stewart Friesen blocked the bottom. Ty Majeski retakes the lead. Stewart Friesen bails out of the lead pack.

Lap 33: Derek Kraus’ No. 19 McAnally-Hillegmann Racing Cheverlet Silverado takes the lead.

Lap 36: Tyler Ankrum takes the lead in the No. 16 Hattori Racing Enterprises Toyota Tundra.

Lap 38: John Hunter Nemechek takes the lead on the outside line.

Lap 39: Dean Thompson gets a flat and gets on to the apron. Flat tire was likely caused by the damage on pit road.

Lap 40: John Hunter Nemechek wins Stage 2. Caution comes out. Top ten all get stage points.

Lap 43: Leaders come on pit road. Several take two tires. Bret Holmes’ No. 32 Bret Holmes Racing Cheverlet Silverado spins out on pit road after a left front tire lock up.

Lap 44: Ty Majeski may have engine issues.

Lap 47: Colby Howard’s No. 91 McAnally-Hillegmann Racing Cheverlet Silverado took the lead on pit road and leads them back to green.

Lap 62: Corey Heim has a right front flat tire down. No caution comes out.

Lap 64: Jack Wood’s No. 24 GMS Racing Cheverlet Silverado spins out alone on the back stretch from 28th. Cautions come out.

Lap 65: Leaders mostly take fuel. Tanner Gray’s No. 15 DGR Crosley Racing Ford F-150 takes on a speeding penalty.

Lap 68: John Hunter Nemechek retakes the lead on pit road and lead the field to green.

Lap 69: Tyler Ankrum retakes the lead.

Lap 71: Colby Howard leads.

Lap 72: John Hunter Nemechek retakes the lead.

Lap 80: Corey Heim gets another flat tire and hits the wall of Turn 2. Cautions comes out.

Lap 81: Leaders stay out, several others pit outside the top ten.

Lap 85: John Hunter Nemechek leads the field back to green. Jason White’s No. 33 Reaume Brother’s Racing Toyota Tundra saves the truck after a flat but Tate Fogleman (No 30. On Point Motorspors Toyota Tundra) and Kris Wright (No. 44 Niece Motorsports Cheverlet Silverado) make contact trying to avoid Jason White in turn four. Caution comes out.

Lap 90: John Hunter Nemechek leads the field back to green. Ben Rhodes’ No. 99 Thorsport Racing Toyota Tundra takes the lead.

Lap 96: Christian Eckes’ No. 18 Kyle Busch Motorsports Toyota Tundra takes the lead with the help of his teammate John Hunter Nemechek.

Lap 97: Austin Hill’s No. 7 Spire Motorsports Cheverlet Silverado hits the wall. He makes it onto pitroad safely and no caution.

Lap 98: Tyler Ankrum goes sideways in front of the field collecting half the field. The ‘big one’ offically happens. Caution comes out before the leader could make it to the strip.

Lap 100: Red flag come out.

Lap 101: First attempt at overtime. Christian Eckes leads them to the green. Zane Smith’s No 38 Front Row Motorsports Ford F-150 takes the lead.

Lap 102: Leader takes the white flag. Caution comes out for Kris Wright crashing out on the frontstretch. Caution comes out.
